The Oregon Ducks’ women’s basketball game against Arizona State scheduled for Thursday has been postponed due to COVID protocols within the Sun Devils program.
The two schools and the Pac-12 Conference will work to reschedule the game, and the new date will be announced when and if it is finalized.
The Ducks are set to host No. 7 Arizona on Saturday at 2:30 p.m. before taking on No. 10 Connecticut in Matthew Knight Arena Monday, Jan. 17 at 2 p.m.
This is the fourth game on Oregon's schedule that has been postponed or canceled. The Ducks were scheduled to play at Northwestern Dec. 21 before the game was canceled due to positive COVID-19 test results within the Wildcats program.
The Ducks scheduled games against Utah (Dec. 31) and Colorado (Jan. 2) were postponed due to COVID-19 protocols within the Utes and Buffaloes women's basketball programs. Those games have not been rescheduled.
Oregon defeated California 88-53 on Sunday after shooting 53.8% beyond the three-point line. Te-Hina Paopao and Sydney Parrish both finished with 21 points apiece as they led the Ducks in scoring.
