New Orland Park Driver Services Will Soon Open

ORLAND PARK, IL – A new Driver Services facility in Orland Park will be soon open, Illinois Secretary of State Jesse White announced Friday.

The new facility will be located in the Township building at 14087 S. Ravinia Ave., according to a news release sent out from White's office. The opening date has not been announced.

The previous Driver Services location, located in the Orland Park Village Hall, was closed at the beginning of the coronavirus outbreak. It was announced at the beginning of June that it would not reopen.

Until the new Orland Park location opens, the Secretary of State facility at 14434 S. Pulaski Road in Midlothian is the nearest to both residents of Orland Park and Tinley Park. Other facilities remain open nearby in Bridgeview, Joliet and Lockport.

"I applaud the Township Supervisor Paul O'Grady on this agreement, which affirms my commitment to the people of Orland Park and the surrounding communities to bring the best possible service to the people in the area," White said.
