It is seeking design/build services for the project, which will involve building a 450-foot elevated, enclosed and air-conditioned pedestrian walkway and adjacent rental car lobby that will connect the new Terminal C with the existing multi-modal facility that eventually will house “up to four forms of passenger rail and all forms of public and private ground transportation,” according to procurement documents.

The exact cost of the project was not included.
