New Orleans Saints announce coaching staff additions

NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — The Saints have officially announced the team’s coaching staff additions.

Andrew Janocko is the Saints new quarterbacks coach. He filled the same role in Chicago with the Bears in 2022 and 2023. Janocko was the quarterbacks coach for the Minnesota Vikings in 2021.

Derrick Foster is the Saints new quarterbacks coach. He held the same title the past three seasons with the Los Angeles Chargers.

John Benton is the Saints new offensive line coach. He served as offensive line and run coordinator for the New York Jets in 2021 and 2022. Benton was the offensive line coach in San Francisco from 2017 to 2020. He was out of football in 2023.

Keith Williams is the Saints new wide receivers coach. He coached the last three seasons with the Baltimore Ravens, including as assistant wide receivers coach in 2023.

Denarius McGhee is the Saints new assistant wide receivers coach. He served as an offensive assistant with the Houston Texans the past four seasons.

And, Rick Dennison is the Saints new senior offensive assistant. He spent much of his 27 seasons in the NFL as an offensive line coach and offensive coordinator. He was the special teams coach for back to back Denver Super Bowl champions under head coach Mike Shanahan.
