In determining the allocation of donations, OAUW adheres to a community-focused funding process. The Citizens Review Committee (CRC) evaluates grant applications. The review includes a weighted scorecard and a local focus, ensuring the donations have the greatest impact on the communities of Dalton, Marshallville and Orrville. The CRC's recommendations are then considered by the OAUW board.
