Oscar Mayer Is Releasing Bacon-Scented Shoelaces In Case You Need That In Your Life
There is nothing in this life that can't be improved by bacon. Oscar Mayer is testing that theory by giving bacon-lovers something to remind them of their favorite food every single day: bacon-scented shoelaces.
I know you're thinking "Ummmm, why?" but what you should be thinking is "why the heck not?!" These days finding something to make your days a little brighter is nothing to be ashamed of and if for someone out there having the scent of bacon on their shoes brings them happiness, well, good for them!
The Oscar Mayer shoelaces are scented using actual Oscar Mayer Hardwood Smoked Bacon, so the smell is guaranteed to be right on the nose. Pun intended. Similar to any good sneaker drop, these shoelaces will be super exclusive, so if you want a pair for yourself, you'll have to test your luck.
From March 26 to April 1, fans can enter to win the bacon shoelaces by tweeting with the hashtags #OscarCookMyKicks and #Sweepstakes. From there, Oscar Mayer will choose 1,500 lucky winners.
