Some street closures have already begun near the historic transit depot, as part of preparations for the 93rd Academy Awards.
- The street closures around Union Station in downtown LA have started ahead of the Oscars on April 25. The 93rd Academy Awards will be held in part at the historic transit depot. Some restrictions are already in place, as preparations for the show continue. The bulk of the closures will happen on Oscar Sunday, and most will be lifted by 4 AM Monday, April, 26. Union Station will remain open to transit riders with access to all transit services and vendors, and you can, of course, watch the Oscars right here on ABC 7.
