The county has listed 2.12 acres across four parcels for sale at 400 Emmett St. The land includes a two-story, 11,861-square-foot office building constructed in 1985 that currently houses the UCF Business Incubation Program’s location in Kissimmee. Osceola County bought the properties in 2012 for $2.85 million, according to the county property appraiser.

The county is open to the idea of incorporating the UCF Business Incubator into a redevelopment of the site. “Osceola County is offering a unique opportunity to bring forward a project that exemplifies the highest and best use of the property, while creating a desired mixed-use project that takes full advantage of the location and proximity to amenities, such as transit, recreation and a commercial downtown area,” the bid document states.
