OSF HealthCare welcomes three new advanced practice registered nurses in Galesburg
GALESBURG — OSF HealthCare has announced the addition of three advanced practice registered nurses to its staff at the OSF Medical Group Primary Care office at 3315 N. Seminary St.
Leah Nelson, APRN, will be joining Dr. Jeffrey Hershkowitz and his care team. Nelson joined OSF HealthCare as a registered nurse in 2018. She has many years of nursing experience and is excited to begin her career as a family nurse practitioner. She has a clinical interest in internal medicine.
Nelson received a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University. She is also trained in electronic medical record software, Epic Systems and health care common procedure coding systems.

Ellen Clark, APRN, joined the group in July. Clark was a registered nurse for years before getting her advanced degree. She comes to OSF HealthCare after serving as a nurse practitioner in the hospital setting.
She received a Bachelor of Science from Methodist College of Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing from Olivet Nazarene University.

Heather Godsil, APRN, also joined the group in July. Godsil developed patient care values through a number of years being a registered nurse. She received a Bachelor of Science from Western Governors University and Master of Science in Nursing from Purdue University Global.
