Outdoor retailer planned for Dickson City Crossings

Apr. 6—An outdoor gear and apparel store is planned for the Dickson City Crossings.

Sierra — formerly Sierra Trading Post— will open in the space between Burlington and Gabe's in the shopping center on Commerce Boulevard, Dickson City Borough Manager Cesare Forconi said.

A spokeswoman for Brixmor, the company which owns the Dickson City Crossings, said Sierra will open sometime this year.

"It adds another place for people to have alternative shopping in the borough," Forconi said.

Sierra is part of The TJX Companies Inc. which owns several other stories including T.J. Maxx, another tenant of the shopping center.
