Outside police agencies pulling out of DNC
Wisconsin police departments are withdrawing from agreements to send personnel to help strengthen security at the Democratic National Convention in Milwaukee next month, and referred to concerns about a recent order for the city's police to no longer use tear gas to control crowds.
