Over 44 pounds of narcotics, thousands in cash seized by SFPD

(KRON)– On Wednesday, San Francisco narcotics officers arrested four subjects selling “deadly drugs that were on their way to be sold in the Tenderloin,” seizing over 8 pounds of fentanyl, more than 32 pounds of methamphetamine, a ghost gun, and several thousand dollars in cash, SFPD wrote in a statement.

After recognizing and obtaining search warrants to the individuals’ homes, SFPD arrested:

  • Cristofer Raudales-Canaca, aka “Jared Antonio Canaca-Arias,” 19-year-old male.

  • Misael Alfonso Raudales Canaca, 26-year-old male

  • Enis Angelica Cruz-Arteage aka “Angelica,” 50-year-old female

  • Angelica Michell Velasquez-Cruz, aka “Dafne,” 26-year-old female.

The four adults were booked on numerous drug related charges at Alameda County Jail.

SFPD narcotics officers said they recognized the individuals through numerous illegal narcotics transactions, and often recognized the buyers as “street level dealers who frequent the Tenderloin.” SFPD credits assistance from members of the Tenderloin Taskforce, Fugitive Recovery Enforcement Team, DEA San Francisco Office, San Francisco Sheriff’s Office and the National Guard.

Officers reportedly spent months investigating this case. In the SFPD’s press release, Chief Bill Scott commends his officers, stating, “Their work led to a large amount of narcotics being taken off the streets and the arrest of four high-level drug dealers,” said Chief Scott, “Our officers will continue to work diligently on these cases and the SFPD is committed to sustaining the effort to dismantle the drug markets in San Francisco.”
