The Owl House, a fantastical Disney Channel show centering a bisexual character named Luz, will be added to the list of LGBTQ+ programs gone too soon in less than a week. But the groundbreaking animated series squeezed in an adorable kiss before their sayonara.

On Saturday's episode "Clouds on the Horizon", Luz and Amity's relationship reaches new heights. Season 1 explored their attractions to each other, while season 2 firmly established them as girlfriends.

In this moment, Luz and Amity have a reunion of sorts as they plot to defeat Emperor Belos and the Day of Unity. After spending days apart, the two teens embrace, and Amity leans in for a kiss. The tender animation is beautiful as they smooch.

"Crickey," Luz replies.

The proudly LGBTQ+ series boasts queer faces on screen and in the writer's room. The creator is bisexual, Owl House marked Disney's first LGBTQ+ leading character, it regularly mentions one character's two dads, and even featured a nonbinary character. It was reportedly axed because it "didn't fit" the Disney Channel brand.

The final episode of The Owl House premieres May 28 on Disney. Watch the adorable moment below:
