A Lubbock business owner received an award for their "stellar business performance" providing in-home care for the community.

Lisa Carson, owner of Lubbock Comfort Keepers for 21 years, earned the Quest for Excellence Award from CK Franchising, Inc. (CKFI), the franchisor of Comfort Keepers. The award is given to franchisees who are "top sales performers with revenue growth or who deliver the most significant percentage year-over-year revenue growth within a category."

"Comfort Keepers is very fortunate to have Lisa in Lubbock providing quality services through a unique, individualized approach to care that helps seniors thrive and achieve greater well-being by fostering everyday positive moments, connection, and a more purposeful life," said Ramzi Abdine, CEO Comfort Keepers, North America. "Her hard work, tenacity, and commitment to her clients truly deserves to be recognized and applauded."

Out of the 221 franchisees, only 27 earned the award. Carson's business performance in 2022 put her among those 27.

“I am honored to receive this award,” Carson said. “I take pride in the service we provide to our clients, knowing that what we do helps them live better lives each day.”

Along with the award, winners received an incentive trip to San Juan, Puerto Rico.
