Ozzy Osbourne has revealed that he isn't too keen on moving back to the UK.

The Black Sabbath legend, who has lived in Los Angeles with his wife Sharon for over 25 years recently announced that they would be moving to Buckinghamshire and documenting it for a BBC series.

But in a new interview with Consequence, Osbourne has said he has had a change of heart: “To be honest with you, if I had my way, I’d stay in America. I’m American now.”

He added: “To be honest with you, I don’t want to go back [to the UK]. F*** that.”

Osbourne also revealed that the move was spurred by Sharon's departure from The Talk and remarks regarding Meghan Markle. He said: “When my wife got called a racist on [The Talk], she is absolutely not a racist. Her friend is Piers Morgan.

"She didn’t say, ‘I agree with him’. She just respected his ability to have freedom of speech."

He also said they hired security as a result of the fallout: “That’s all that she said. And she got a lot of flak from that, so we actually had to have f***ing armed guards and all that.”

Osbourne initially announced his decision to move back to the UK was a result of an increase in mass shootings across the US and issues relating to his poor health.

Earlier this year he said: “Everything’s f***ing ridiculous here. I’m fed up with people getting killed every day.”

Osbourne has also struggled with his health in recent years, having undergone neck surgery twice in three years. Additionally, he was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease in 2019 and had been undergoing treatment for the illness in Switzerland.
