Pa. State Police search for possible 'armed and dangerous' suspect after Rome incident

Pennsylvania State Police are asking members of the public to be on the lookout for a man who may be armed and is wanted after a standoff incident Wednesday afternoon in Bradford County.

State police at Towanda identified the suspect as Sebastian Shults, 26, no address given.

Around 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, troopers responded to a residence on Battle Creek Road, Rome Township, for a report of someone making terroristic threats.

An investigation determined Shults had made threats to numerous individuals, including an ex-girlfriend, state police said. After additional units arrived and troopers obtained a search warrant, they entered the residence and discovered Shults had left.
