Pacific Standard announces grand opening. Here's what to expect

The Holman Hotel's much anticipated restaurant and bar officially has a grand opening date.

The new bar is the second location for its sister location in Portland at the KEX hotel. It is led by Jeffrey Morgenthaler and Benjamin Amberg. The bar does not accept reservations and has a mix of bar, table and high top table seating.

Pacific Standard's staff hope it will quickly become a Salem favorite. It will offer classic bar food inspired by the bounty of the Pacific Northwest and spins on classic drinks, as seen at its Portland location. The ambience is described to be modern, comfortable and casual.
