Packers cornerback Jaire Alexander goes from zero to hero on Twitter
So it's not exactly shocking that Aaron Rodgers still owns the Chicago Bears.
But was it Jaire Alexander's redemption interception late in the fourth quarter that saved the Green Bay Packers in their 28-19 comeback win Sunday at Chicago?
Tough day early on for Alexander
Alexander was roasted on social media earlier in the game after being beat on long passes to Bears journeyman receivers Equanimeous St. Brown and N'Keal Harry.

Remember, Jaire Alexander is the best CB in the NFL. Just ask him. Just got burned by a former teammate who couldn’t get on the field in GB.

Late pick wins fans over
However, after his clutch interception late in the game, some were suddenly toasting him instead.

Joe Barry's fault?
Some blamed another for his subpar coverage

You say think it's execution. You can say the players need to play better, because they do. But when the players quit. When Jaire Alexander is getting burnt by freaking Equanimous St. Brown. At some point, it's a defensive coordinator that's lost his defense.

YOU NEVER SEE JAIRE ALEXANDER COMING. BUT YOU SHOULD CAUSE HES ALL WORLD

Jaire shrugs it off
Yet the always confident Alexander didn't seem concerned.
Jaire Alexander got the final word in with his late INT but even after giving up a deep ball to EQ St. Brown, Alexander said he thought nothing of it:
"Man, he a scrub. I can’t believe I let him catch that on me. But hat’s off to him because he did make a good catch."— Rob Demovsky (@RobDemovsky) December 4, 2022
Jaire Alexander on his INT vs. EQ St. Brown: "I knew it was coming. One thing about the receiver that I got the pick on, you're going to know when he's about to breaking down his route. So I already knew it. I envisioned it. I was telepathic because I seen it before it happened."

The reward for the victory? Free snacks for all.
A lot of smiles and laughter in #Packers locker room. Jaire Alexander standing on the bench at his locker, handing out free potato chips to teammates for the flight home. Haven’t been many happy moments for this team lately. They’re enjoying this win over Bears.
