The hot housing market might be cooling down, but Green Bay Packers left tackle David Bakhtiari didn’t have to break a sweat to sell his California home.

The house built in 2019 in Tarzana in the San Fernando Valley sold for $6.15 million in a matter of weeks, according to American Luxury. The Los Angeles Times first reported in early August it was on the market for $6.3 million.

With 7,113 square feet, the two-story estate boasts all the room an offensive lineman could want. There are six bedrooms, seven-and-a-half bathrooms, open living spaces, a foyer with a floating steel-and-glass staircase, a pool house and gym. Other luxurious touches include a two-room master suite, a pair of upper-level balconies, a kitchen with two islands, a movie theater, wine cooler, basketball court, spa and multiple fire pits.

The “little estate,” as American Luxury describes it, is located on just under a half acre. Bakhtiari bought it for $3.9 million in 2020, according to the LA Times.

Packers fans may recognize the bathtub off the master suite. It’s the same one where a chill Bakhtiari, submerged in bubbles, welcomed first-round draft pick Jordan Love to the Packers in 2020 with an Instagram video in which he offered up advice to the young quarterback.

Meanwhile, Bakhtiari’s former teammate and “Pitch Perfect 2” co-star Clay Matthews hasn’t been quite as lucky when it comes to the California mansion market.

His 14,021-square-foot home on 1.65 acres in The Oaks of Calabasas has been on the market since July 2021. It was originally listed for just under $30 million, and while the price has dropped to $24.9 million, it remains listed by The Beverly Hills Estates.
