Padma Lakshmi is enjoying all the festivities of South By Southwest music festival in Austin, Texas. But she still managed to find some time for a little R&R...and a truly epic abs photo for her fans.

The 48-year-old Top Chef host posted a photo of herself rocking a black string bikini, with a cowboy hat resting on top of her face, with the caption: "Big yee haw energy at #sxsw." And her stomach looks abs-olutely incredible. (Sorry, I couldn't resist!)

No surprise: Fans flipped out. "You look amazing, whatever you are doing keep it up!" one fan wrote. Another said: "Looking great Padma. 👊Keep up the hard work 💪"

Hard work indeed...Padma does not mess around when it comes to her workouts. She regularly posts updates on her latest sweat sesh. For starters, she's ALL about boxing, and often shares photos and videos of her training routine at Mendez Boxing Gym in New York City:

And she doesn't just throw punches at the boxing gym. Padma also does rigorous total-body conditioning, including lateral jumps, medicine ball slams, battle ropes, and more.

In addition to her boxing routine, Padma appears to cross-train with Pilates. She has shared a number of videos on Instagram at her go-to studio The Space Pilates Studio in New York City.

Including some workouts on the reformer with this cute dog! (Talk about a great workout buddy.)

And although she taste-tastes a ton of delectable food on Top Chef, Padma otherwise sticks to a pretty healthy diet. “I eat a lot of vegetables and fruit," she told People in May 2018.

"I eat fish and chicken and shellfish. I also eat a lot of lentils and beans. When I’m not on the show, I’m pretty plant-based. I was raised as a vegetarian in India and in America. We had a vegetarian home. I didn’t really start eating meat until I was a teenager, so I’m used to eating like that. It’s hard for your body to process meat.”

Hey, life is all about balance, right?
