SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) — Ready for a unique baseball experience? The Padres FanFest is coming to Petco Park next month.

The event, which will take place on Sunday, March 24 from 12:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., brings the Friars’ faithful to the ballpark for an array of activities for the entire family, according to the Padres.

Some of the Padres making special appearances for meet-and-greets on the Sycuan Stage at 1 p.m. include Manny Machado, Fernando Tatis Jr., Xander Bogaerts, Joe Musgrove, Yu Darvish and Mike Shildt, as well as alumni like Trevor Hoffman, Randy Jones, Mark Loretta, Steve Finley, and Garry Templeton.

Fans will also get an exclusive look at the newly renovated Gallagher Square, from the Tony Gwynn Terrace to Balboa Gate.

If you need to let the kids or pets release some of their energy, there’s an expanded playground as well as an all-new dog park at Gallagher Square.

Other activities include the Padres Foundation Garage Sale, watching players during batting practice and a celebrity/alumni softball game.

The general public can purchase FanFest tickets on Friday, Feb. 16 while supplies last. Fans can claim up to four complimentary tickets that will show up in their MLB Ballpark app by Monday, March 18.

Parking is free of charge and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
