Get paid $2,500 for watching 24 hours of dog movies, company says

NEW YORK (PIX11) – A company will be giving $2,500 to two people willing to watch movies about dogs for 24 hours.

Pettable, a service that provides letters for emotional support animals, has opened applications for its Board of Doggie Flick Directors. The person hired for the role will have to write a 1,000 to 1,500-word blog post reviewing and ranking each of the movies, according to the job posting.

The person is also being asked to write about a dog in their life that brings them joy – whether it’s a childhood pet, a new dog, a psychiatric service dog or an emotional support animal. They’ll also be required to watch all of the movies within 48 hours.
