A pair of former Chiefs reacted to Marquez Valdes-Scantling’s drop against Eagles

The Chiefs will have plenty to of things to work on this week.

Two red-zone turnovers and a number of dropped passes proved costly in the Chiefs’ 21-17 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles at GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium.

One of the biggest drops came on the Chiefs’ final drive of the game. Quarterback Patrick Mahomes threw a perfect pass to wide receiver Marquez Valdes-Scantling, who dropped it at the end zone.

This could have been a game-winning 51-yard touchdown pass. Instead, the ball fell to the turf.

And former Chiefs offensive lineman Mitchell Schwartz noted Chargers receiver Quentin Johnston’s drop against the Packers on Sunday wasn’t the worst.
