As part of the Palm Beaches Restaurant Month, Café Boulud has added a prix-fixe dinner menu to its offerings for the county-wide dining promotion that started Aug. 1.

The three-course dinner menu, $67, draws on global culinary influences and is available through Aug. 31.

Café Boulud also offers a three-course lunch menu for $49.

The Palm Beaches Restaurant Month features 130-plus restaurants around the county featuring special deals throughout August.

Café Boulud’s prix-fixe dinner deal offers a choice of three appetizers, four entrees and three desserts.

Some of the selections are inspired by fare served at other restaurants by internationally known chef/restaurateur Daniel Boulud, including Boulud Sud in New York and DB Bistro in Singapore.

Appetizers include grilled octopus with Marcona almond cream, arugula, Valencia orange and Xeres vinaigrette.

Among the entrees: Prime-grade sirloin-steak tartare; bouillabaisse; and Mediterranean sea bass spiced with Shabazi (cilantro, green chiles and lemon juice) and served with red-pepper tahini, bulgur wheat and pickled Fresno pepper.

Key lime pie with grapefruit sorbet, crème brulée and signature madeleines are the dessert choices.
