It's been a lunch spot since it opened in 2019, but now the oceanfront and al fresco Seaway at the Four Seasons has added dinner on Fridays and Saturdays.

With executive chef Jose Gamez leading the culinary charge, the new dinner menu , served from 5:30 to 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday, includes appetizers, chilled seafood, salads, tacos, grilled fare and side dishes. The restaurant, which overlooks the beach from a seagrape tree-canopied perch, is known for its seafood dishes featuring Florida ingredients and Latin flavors.

And, of course, it still is open for lunch.

Wood-fired Spanish octopus ($18), served with gigante-bean ragout, asparagus, roasted peppers and pimienton, is among the appetizers.

A half-dozen oysters on the half shell ($28) is served with cocktail sauce and mojo mignonette.

A few salads are offered, including panzanella ($22) with heirloom tomatoes, cucumber, mozzarella, crispy bread, basil and herb vinaigrette.

Taco plates start at $26 for adobo-marinated chicken tacos.

Seaway’s entrée selections emphasize items prepared on the restaurant’s wood-fire grill. These grilled items start at $27 for a Jackman Ranch burger and include such seafood selections as Florida grouper and yellowtail snapper.

Among Seaway’s side dishes ($12 each): crispy yucca, tomato-and-avocado salad, truffle fries and purple rice.
