Palm Beach restaurants have colorful new cocktails for the summer
Inspired by summer’s carefree vibe and warmer outdoor temperatures, island restaurants are pouring colorful new cocktails.
Some of the summer sips feature tropical fruits and juices while others get a spicy kick from jalapeno.
Among La Goulue’s new summer cocktails: Palm Beach Iced Tea, with vodka, gin, tequila, elderflower and butterfly pea-flower infusion; and Plane to Paris, with Corazon Tequila, Amaro Nonino Liqueur, Aperol and lemon.
Parrots And Palm Trees at La Goulue blends St. Augustine Vodka, Amaro Montenegro, pineapple juice and almond, while Lychee Libre includes Montelobos Mezcal, lychee, lemon and agave.

New summer cocktails also are shaking things up at LoLa 41, where the Cherry Blossom pour combines Belvedere Vodka, lychee, lemon and pomegranate, and Aloe Me Up features Hendrick’s Gin, aloe, green tea and lemongrass.
Other new cocktails at Lola 41 are Oh Honey, with Dano’s Reposado Tequila, passion fruit, lime, honey and jalapeño.
Two new summer libations can be found at Almond: Spicy Passionfruit Margarita and the Barrel Old Fashioned.
The newfangled margarita blends tequila, Chinola Passionfruit Liqueur, lime juice, agave and jalapeno. Barrel Old Fashioned features Traverse City Bourbon, cherry juice, vanilla extract, demerara simple syrup and orange bitters.
The Four Seasons’ Florie’s, known for its botanicals-infused drinks using such ingredients as herbs and flowers, features two new sips.
The Pomegranate combines Casa Dragones Tequila with Cointreau, lime juice, pomegranate juice, agave syrup, jalapeño and sea-salt foam, while the Lavender features Belvedere Vodka, lemon juice, Aperol, lavender syrup, mint and Prosecco.
At Café L’Europe, look for a twist on a summer favorite: lemonade. The Peach Strawberry Lemonade combines Tito's Vodka with strawberries, lemonade and fresh peaches.
Meanwhile, the new Rosé Sangria includes Out East Rosé, strawberries, mint and grand marnier, while its Spicy Hibiscus Margarita blends Casamigos Blanco, hibiscus, jalapeno and fresh lime and lemon juices.
