Palo Alto police search for missing woman

UPDATE: Lee has been found safe.

(KRON) — The Palo Alto Police Department is searching for a woman who went missing Tuesday morning. California Highway Patrol issued a Silver Alert for her disappearance.

Ayleen Lee, 82, was last seen walking out of the Palo Alto Medical Foundation at 795 El Camino Real at about 11:45 a.m.

She has dementia and no phone. She was wearing a lavender Patagonia sweater, gray sweatpants and silver shoes.

She is 5-foot-2, 110 pounds with white hair and brown eyes.

Anyone who sees her is asked to keep an eye on her and call 911 or (650) 329-2413.
