Closely following Pamela Anderson's Netflix documentary Pamela, A Love Story, the actress, model and recent activist is set to release a vegan cooking show on Food Network Canada. Tentatively named Pamela’s Cooking With Love, the show will feature eight episodes going over plant-based recipes for every experience from cocktail garden parties to gatherings around the campfire. Pamela's Cooking With Love will begin production in summer 2023 in her own home on Vancouver Island where she grew up.

"Creating elegant and inviting spaces that inspire a compassionate, calm, and healthy environment has always been important to me and comes naturally," Anderson said in a statement. "Corus Studios and I have set mutual goals with good intentions. It's been a learning curve--and I am confident they will be a positive partner in helping bring my true vision to life."

Anderson is the perfect host to a plant-based TV show, as she's lived a vegan lifestyle for thirty years. For the last three decades, she has used her celebrity platform to advocate for animal welfare. For example in 2018, Anderson was executive producer of the Netflix documentary The Game Changers, a film that centers around vegan professional athletes and the benefits they reap from their diet.

In February 2022, Anderson appeared in a PETA ad displayed on a New York City billboard. The ad featured her photo alongside the words, "Vegans make better lovers," a phrase she's quoted before on social media. She and PETA also collaborated in creating a limited edition box of vegan chocolates sold to raise proceeds for the nonprofit's animal welfare work.

Anderson's show will be the second all-vegan cooking show on Food Network, following 2022's release of It's CompliPlated with Tabitha Brown.
