Panda Bear Joins Brainfeeder’s Teebs on New Song “Studie”: Listen

Brainfeeder producer Teebs has announced his first new album in five years. It’s titled Anicca and it arrives October 25. He’s also shared the lead single “Studie,” which features Panda Bear. In a press release, Teebs said, “Everything [Panda Bear] decides to do is pure gold or fine wine.” Listen to their collaboration below.

Anicca is Teebs’ first collection since 2014’s E S T A R A. According to the press release, the title describes the Buddhist belief of the impermanence of all beings. “It’s a reminder to myself that nothing is permanent,” Teebs said.

Contributors to Anicca include MNDSGN, Anna Wise, Pink Siifu, Miguel Atwood-Ferguson, and Sudan Archives, who Teebs calls “a scary genius who deserves the world’s ears and eyes.” Check out the tracklist, which includes the previously shared “Mirror Memory,” below.
