Panda Cares Center of Hope opens at Boys and Girls Clubs

Dec. 19—The Boys and Girls Clubs of Kern County and the Philanthropic Foundation of Panda Express invited the community Tuesday afternoon to the unveiling of the partnership's new Panda Cares Center of Hope.

The ribbon-cutting at the the E.L. Jack and Monica Armstrong Youth Center located on Niles Street included a ceremony, food, games and activities.
