Panda Express adds a dessert to menu for the first time. When can you try it?
Panda Express is making its first foray into the dessert space.
To celebrate its 40th birthday, the American-Chinese eatery is sweetening its menu with apple pie rolls, the restaurant announced Oct. 2.
The treat is a mashup of two classic favorites and features apples, spices and cinnamon sugar “in a crispy and flaky wonton wrapper,” according to a product description.
Pricing information wasn’t immediately available.
Panda Rewards members can get a first taste for free at participating locations and online, while supplies last, according to a news release. There are a few restrictions, though.
Free apple pie rolls are limited to one per customer, and the offer must be redeemed within two weeks, the restaurant said. Additional fees may also be applied on delivery orders.
