Whether it's parades, parties or music — the Peoria area has its share of St. Patrick's Day celebrations planned for this Friday. Here's a look at a few:

St. Patrick's Day Parade

The 41st annual St. Patrick's Day Parade steps off at 11 a.m. Friday, March 17, at the corner of William Kumpf Boulevard and Monroe Street in downtown Peoria, following Monroe to Main Street, Main Street to Jefferson Avenue, Jefferson to Liberty Street, Liberty to Adams Street and ending at Adams and Hamilton. Downtown street party at Kelleher's

Kelleher's Irish Pub, 619 SW Water St., is hosting its annual St. Patrick's Day celebration on Friday, March 17. Turas will perform during the day, and breakfast will be served beginning at 8 a.m. There will be Irish food and drink specials all day, including Pattish Irish Stout on draft. There will be a live DJ outside, and the street will be blocked off for a street party.

Party at Jack's on Adams

Jack's on Adams, 107 SW Adams St., will host its first St. Patrick's Day Bash beginning at 9 a.m. Friday, March 17. Get front row seats for the parade in the beer garden and enjoy breakfast burritos and corned beef Cubans. The event will also include live music from The Easy Riders from 1 to 5 p.m.

Jimmy's 41st St. Patrick's Day

Jimmy's Bar will host its 41st St. Patrick's Day party beginning at 9 a.m. Friday, March 17, at 2801 W. Farmington Road, West Peoria. Food will be available starting at noon and includes corned beef, Irish stew, fish and chips and Irish nachos. The event will also include live music and The Cigar Shack mobile cigar lounge.

North Peoria St. Patrick's party

The Fox Pub, 7800 N. Sommer St., Suite 302, will host a St. Patrick's Day celebration. Doors will open on Friday, March 17, with breakfast being served from 7 to 10:30 a.m. Lunch will begin at 11 a.m. with corned beef and cabbage and a featured Lenten menu. The event will also include live music and performances by Flynn's Irish Dancers.

St. Patrick's Day in the Heights

Oliver's in the Heights, 1231 E. Samuel Ave., Peoria Heights, will open at 11 a.m. Friday, March 17, for a St. Patrick's Day party. The event will include live music from Top4D at 4:30 p.m. and Boomstick at 8 p.m., with karaoke beginning at 10 p.m. There will also be several food and drink specials throughout the day.

St. Patrick's bash in Chillicothe

Castaways Bar & Grill, 1707 N. Fourth St., Chillicothe, will host a St. Patrick's Day bash beginning at 11 a.m. Friday, March 17. Irish favorites, including corned beef and cabbage, Reuben sandwiches and pizzas and corned beef horseshoes, will be served all day. The event will also include drink specials and entertainment from DJ Mara at 6 p.m.
