Parents of Cambridge City School District students can complete required forms online

CAMBRIDGE − With the start of the 2023-2024 school year approaching next week, Cambridge City School District parents can complete required forms ahead of time at the district's registration portal.

The school district began using the parent registration portal, called LINQ Registration, in 2021. It is where parents or guardians will find the district’s annual student forms that previously would have been turned in on paper during the first week of school.

Parents visiting the registration portal to review their student’s emergency medical information and sign off on the annual agreements. You can find the link to the registration portal several places on the district website at www.cambridgecityschools.org or by going directly to the portal at https://cambridge.esvportal.com/Login.aspx.

If you created an account previously, follow these simple steps:

∎ Log in to your account. If you forgot your password, you can use the password recovery button which will send you an email with reset information.∎ Choose your student from the menu on the left side of the screen.∎ Complete the forms.

If you are a new parent/guardian to the district or did not create an account yet, you will have to create an account in the registration portal. Once you create an account, you will be able to attach your student to your account using their student ID number (lunch code) and complete the appropriate forms.

It would be helpful if families could complete the online forms prior to the start of school. However, all forms should be completed and submitted by Sept. 8, 2023.

For more information, contact the secretaries at your students’ building.
