Park National Bank consolidates two downtown locations into one on Market Street

ZANESVILLE − Park National Bank will close its Fifth Street bank on March 8, according to a letter sent to customers from Patrick Nash, regional president of the bank. The company will combine the banking team from Fifth Street with the one located at 505 Market St. These two locations are less than half a mile apart.

The letter states that the bank recognizes the way people choose to engage with banks today continues to evolve and its must adapt to keep pace. "Solutions like virtual appointments, digital personal bankers, mobile check deposits and 24/7 serves have given you greater flexibility over the last several years, and these kinds of enhancements will continue to be part of our commitment to all Park National Bank customers."

Residents who have safe deposit boxes at the Fifth Street location will be contacted by the bank so they may empty them.
