Parking rates in ‘Old City’ to go up as part of new budget

As part of 2024 budget discussions, St. Augustine parking rates are about to increase for the Historic Downtown parking facility. As part of the increase, extended hours of parking enforcement were also voted for approval.

According to the City of St. Augustine, rates for the parking garage will increase from $15 to $20 per vehicle, per entry, during peak parking times. However, there will be changes to the hours in which certain special rates will apply. For example, after 5 p.m., during off-peak times, the rate will drop to $5 per vehicle, per entry.
