- A man accused of jumping onto the parkway, sliding into an unlocked car, and kicking the driver out is now in custody. The Allegheny County Sheriff's Office says 39-year-old Tristan Scott was wanted on an arrest warrant for a fight last month. Deputies say he got away, and when they spotted him again the next day, he ran toward the Fort Pitt bridge, jumped the barricade, and landed on the parkway. They say he then forced his way into a car in traffic. Deputies tracked him down today, arresting him at a hotel in Indiana County.
