Aquetong Road, between U.S. 202 (Lower York Road) and state Route 263 (Upper York Road), in Solebury will be closed to through-traffic weekdays until Monday, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation announced Tuesday.

Starting Wednesday, the road will close weekdays for base repairs from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. until Monday afternoon. Local traffic will be maintained but through traffic will be detoured through routes 202 and 263.

Drivers should expect delays near the Peddler's Village area of Solebury until the work is expected to finish on Monday afternoon.
