Partnerize holds rubbon-cutting at 900 Rutter

Aug. 26—FORTY FORT — There was cause to celebrate Thursday afternoon on the third floor of the 900 Rutter Avenue complex as folks gathered to cut the ribbon and officially open the new work center for Partnerize, a leader in "partnership automation."

Many may be familiar with Pepperjam, which was housed in the Innovation Center in downtown Wilkes-Barre. Pepperjam was acquired by Partnerize in July of 2020, and then assumed work in the same space. Chief Marketing Officer and 16-year veteran of the company, Maura Smith of Dallas, explained, "So, in 2020 we had been in a remote environment and then when COVID restrictions sort of loosened in 2021, that's when we pivoted the work environment to a hybrid environment where employees could choose to work remotely or in any of the regional offices that they were in proximity to."

And now a year later, Partnerize has an open-area office space complete with huge windows for natural lighting, couches for lounging, private offices, a break room with a full kitchen, and more.

Aside from staff, Forty Fort Mayor Brian Thomas, building owner and 'Chief Groundskeeper' David Koral, and members of the Greater Wyoming Valley Chamber of Commerce were on hand to celebrate to the backdrop of libations, conversation, and acoustic guitar.

Chamber of Commerce Executive Director, Lindsay Boylan-Griffin remarked, "The Chamber Team is proud to be here alongside them (Partnerize) today and to see the continued 'Partnerizing' of the Wyoming Valley."

Smith added, "The building itself is a great destination for our employees because they can go to The Canning House, or go to one of the retail shops, or any of the other businesses that are located at 900 Rutter Ave."

The "partnership management solution" that is Partnerize, according to their website, is a global company headquartered in New York City with offices in Australia, United Kingdom, Japan, Philadelphia and Wilkes-Barre. Smith encourages those who might be interested in open roles to visit www.partnerize.com/careers to check out job opening worldwide, or right here in Northeastern Pennsylvania.
