‘Party mansion’ for sale in Oklahoma comes with ‘lots of toys.’ Check them all out

A massive mansion with a peculiar — yet fun — style has stirred the fans of a popular real estate Twitter segment after it listed for $3.9 million in Kingfisher, Oklahoma.

This could be because the 12,140-square-foot (meaning it’s not just a mansion, but a megamansion) estate is jammed packed with all sorts of toys and fun gadgets. Along with its main residence, the property includes two large barns, according to its listing on Zillow.com.

The main house has six bedrooms and eight bathrooms and features galore, per the listing, including:

  • Two-story foyer

  • Great room

  • Formal dining room

  • Chef’s kitchen

  • Breakfast room

  • Game room

  • Billiards room

  • Theater

  • Balconies

  • Patios

  • Swimming pool

  • Pond

The barns come with an abundance of space along with a guest apartment for out-of-town visitors.

Photos of the mansion show more cool amenities around every corner including bookcases made out of boats, antler chandeliers, a staircase in a bedroom and… saddle bar stools? Yes, even those.

The house was featured on Friday Night Zillow, a Twitter segment that highlights unique residences on the real estate market all over the globe.

“This is a fun one. A 12K sf Oklahoma party mansion. $3.9M. 10 car garage, 30 acres, lots of toys,” the segment’s creator, Steven Dennis, said on Twitter. “Check out the saddle bar stools!”

This house screams billionaire bachelor pad. I do like this bathtub in front of that fireplace,” one person said. “And there seems to be no women’s clothes in this closet. But where is the party shower?”

If you can manage 8 seconds on the bronco, you get a free drink!” another joked about the bar stools.

Can a color scheme be TOO monochromatic? My eyes say YES!” someone noted.

The saddles remind me of McDonald’s when I was a kid. Always said I’d have them in my house when I grew up,” one person said.

Kingfisher is about 50 miles northwest of Oklahoma City.
