Paso Robles shatters 25-year-old temperature record. How cold did it get?
Paso Robles just shattered another temperature record, according to the National Weather Service.
On Tuesday, Paso Robles Municipal Airport recorded a high temperature of 60 degrees Fahrenheit, the Weather Service said via Twitter.
That’s a record for the lowest maximum temperature for June 6 — and the entire month of June, the Weather Service tweeted.
“This has set a daily record low max temp as well as a new monthly record low max temp for June,” the agency said via Twitter.
The previous maximum temperature record for the month of June was 61 degrees on June 2, 1999.
The old daily maximum record for June 6 was 66 degrees, set in 1998, according to the Weather Service.
