Passengers venture on during busy holiday travel season at Orlando International Airport

Monday is another busy travel day at Orlando International Airport.

More than 150,000 people are making their way home through the airport, now that Thanksgiving is over.

If you have loved ones flying Monday, advise them to get to the airport three hours early.

And if you’re flying to the Pacific Northwest, keep an eye on your flight. A winter storm there is causing some issues.

Airport leaders said this holiday season would rival pre-pandemic levels, and they were right.

Airport officials said Monday would be one of the busiest days of the year.

The more than 1.75 million passengers projected to fly in and out of OIA this Thanksgiving holiday is a 10% increase compared to 2021.
