Passing and receiving standouts: Vote for the Jackson Sun's boys athlete of the week

Vote now for The Jackson Sun's high school boys athlete of the week.

Fans may vote one time per hour. The poll ends at 12 p.m. on Thursday.

Kam Boyd, Jackson Christian: Boyd had six carries for 138 yards and four touchdowns in a 55-7 win over Tipton-Rosemark.

Jackson Cassidy, McKenzie: Cassidy was 13-of-21 passing for 178 yards, a touchdown and two interceptions. He also ran for 151 yards and two touchdowns against Dresden.

Sam Driggers, Peabody: Driggers was 12-of-14 passing for 197 yards and three touchdowns in a 43-0 win over Halls.

Quincy Hamilton, Westview: Hamilton had seven rushes for 86 yards, two touchdowns and also had an interception returned for a touchdown.

Gage Lee, Camden: Lee had 20 rushes for 236 yards and two touchdowns, an 18-yard receiving touchdown, five tackles and a sack in a 56-30 win over Houston County.

Isiah McClaine, Lexington: McClaine had 39 carries for 277 yards and three touchdowns against Hardin County.

Camarion Miller, Haywood: Miller ran the ball 12 times for 104 yards and three touchdowns in a 47-0 win over North Side.

CJ Pelonero, Huntingdon: Pelonero had nine tackles, a 28-yard pick-six, five tackles for loss and a sack in a 50-6 win over Gibson County.

Berkeley Pettigrew, USJ: Pettigrew was 12-of-15 passing for 256 yards and four touchdowns in a 54-7 win over Fayette Academy.

Hunter Rutledge, McNairy Central: Rutledge had three carries for 131 yards and three touchdowns in a 50-36 win over Liberty.
