  5. Donor blood levels are down in Maryland and across the country, so the American Red Cross and the NFL are partnering for National Blood Donor Month by inviting football fans and blood donors to join their lifesaving team and help patients in need. In appreciation of donors who are helping during a time when the Red Cross blood supply is at historically low levels, those who give blood from Jan. 1- Jan. 31, will automatically be entered to win two tickets to Super Bowl LVI in Los Angeles. (American Red Cross)
