It's officially outdoor drinking season.

Thanks to the city's vibrant brewery scene, Cincinnati has lots of options for people who want to sip on a craft beer while soaking up some sun on a rooftop or patio.

Here are nine breweries in Greater Cincinnati with great outdoor spaces, as well as notes about dog-friendliness and other highlights.

Craft beer lovers will find ample outdoor seating and a large turf area for games at Sonder Brewing in Mason. Chow down on Creole cuisine-inspired dishes provided by the brewery's food partner, BrewRiver.

Besides beer, customers can also enjoy beermosas, beer cocktails, wine and bourbon.

Braxton Brewing Co.

Braxton Brewing is a year-round Covington hotspot, but come summertime it turns into a rooftop drinking destination. The taproom boasts 27 rotating beers, wines and cocktails, so you're bound to find something you like.

Food-wise, guests can take advantage of the brewery's partnership with Dewey's Pizza. Braxton's rooftop is kid-friendly until 7 p.m., and little ones are welcome in the taproom until 9 p.m. Your furry friends can also join you on the taproom's main floor until 9 p.m., but not on the roof.

Feeling outdoorsy? Guests at Little Miami Brewing Co. can sip on a pint while looking at views of the Little Miami Scenic River, and have easy access to the bike trail and nearby canoe and kayak rentals.

Dogs are allowed in the brewery's patio and outdoor area, but not inside the taproom.

For a unique outdoor drinking experience, look no further than Fibonacci Brewing. This nanobrewery and urban farm has chickens, goats, an onsite Airbnb and uses local ingredients in at least 90% of its beers.

Besides craft beer, house-made seltzers, wine and cocktails, the brewery also has its own scratch kitchen and offers brunch on Sundays.

BrewDog Cincinnati in Pendleton has games, 24 taps of craft beer and a rooftop to enjoy. Dogs can join in on the fun outside, and the brewery is kid-friendly until 9 p.m.

Knox Joseph Distillery at the OTR StillHouse is an all-in-one craft distillery, brewery, restaurant and indoor/outdoor performance venue, so naturally it's got a great outdoor space. Catch a show, compete in trivia or play cornhole while you enjoy a wide variety of drinks.
