Model Paulina Porzikova, 56, just shared a "pro-aging" bikini pic in her latest Instagram post. In the lengthy caption, she expresses her thoughts about aging—and reveals that she has had no Botox or fillers.

"Combat age. Reverse aging. Rejuvenate. Anti age. None of this is possible. Yet, if you do an internet search on aging, this is what you’ll get," she wrote. "Pills, potions and workouts to fight the aging process. You know what the only way to stop aging? Dying."

Instead, she shared a hopeful message about not battling her body, but accepting it.

"I do not want to fight myself everyday for the rest of my life. But I do want to make the best of what I was given," she wrote. "And I want to shine a bright light in the dark corners of the shame that is heaped on women for daring to age."

She also tagged a ton of women who inspire her and who have also accepting their aging and are "making it beautiful," including Maria Shriver and makeup artist Pati Dubroff. She ended it with tons of hashtags, including: #nobotox #nofillers #nointerventions #nofilter #noshame #proaging.

Paulina previously shared that she relied on "cigarettes and poor nutrition" when she was younger and modeling, and told Elle that she only started exercising when she was 40.

“I started exercising to help with my panic attacks and to get off antidepressants,” she said. “I found out if I worked out every day my anxiety was kept a lot at bay. And I felt better.”

She's shared tons of videos on her Instagram documenting her workouts, which include TRX and Pilates. She now works out 3-5 times a week.
