PC men's hockey team unveils 2022-23 schedule

The Providence College men’s hockey program unveiled its 2022-23 schedule on Monday. The schedule consists of 34 regular-season contests, including nine games against teams that appeared in last season’s NCAA Tournament, as well as two exhibition games.

The preseason games will be at home on Oct. 1 against Western Ontario and on Oct. 2 at Quinnipiac. The regular season will begin on Friday, Oct. 7 at home against Sacred Heart. PC will take part in the Ledyard Bank Classic in Hanover, N.H., on Dec. 30 against Yale and either Merrimack or Dartmouth the following night.

The regular season wraps up with home-and-home sets against UMass Lowell (Feb. 17-18) and Boston University (March 3-4). The single-elimination Hockey East Tournament begins on Wednesday, March 8, followed by quarterfinal matchups on Saturday, March 11. The semifinals and championship Game will take place at TD Garden in Boston on March 17-18.
