A good ally is always willing to be outspoken in their support of the LGBTQ+ community, and Pedro Pascal is reminding people just how easy that can be.
Unprompted, the actor shared a series of photos of the all-inclusive LGBTQ+ flag, which features rainbow stripes as well as colors representing the trans community and people of color.
“The answer my friend is blowin’ in the wind,” he wrote, tagging #LGBTQIA and seemingly referencing a Bob Dylan song that became an anthem of the cil rights movement.

Pascal’s willingness to stand with the LGBTQ+ community is nothing new. While he is currently starring in The Last of Us, which has already featured two queer storylines in its first season with more to come in the future, he has used social media to make his views known time and time again.

This is undoubtedly in part due to Pascal’s own sister, Lux, being trans, something she shared publicly with the world in 2021.
“Mi hermana, mi corazón, nuestra Lux,” he wrote on Instagram at the time, which translates to “My sister, my heart, our Lux.”
But his support predates her transition, and fans continue to be heartened seeing someone with his platform standing up for LGBTQ+ rights — especially trans rights — at a time when sectors of society are trying to reverse all the progress that’s been made. Thanks, Pedro!
