May 13—Charges filed with Penn Township District Judge Helen Kistler. All individuals have the right to a preliminary hearing and are innocent unless proven guilty before a judge in Westmoreland County Court.
—Amy D. Craig, 29, of Trafford, by borough police with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
—Penny A. Lakly, 59, of Jeannette, by Penn Township police with possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.
Charges withdrawn:
—A charge of simple assault filed by Penn Township police against Sona P. Van Ysseldyk, 54, of Irwin, was withdrawn on May 4.
