Pennoni acquires Cocciardi

Engineering firm acquires CocciardiPennoni, a consulting engineering firm with an office in Scranton, announced the acquisition of Cocciardi and Associates of Jessup.

The firm will now do business as Cocciardi, a division of Pennoni.

Cocciardi offers safety, health consulting and management services along with training and education that leads to national certifications.

Joe Cocciardi, Ph.D., who founded the firm in 1988, will join Pennoni as senior health and safety professional. He has spent more than 35 years in the fields of public safety and public, occupational and environmental health.
