Penns Woods declares cash dividend

Aug. 24—Penns Woods Bancorp Inc., the holding company of Luzerne Bank, announced a cash dividend of 32 cents per share for the third quarter of 2022.

The dividend is payable Sept. 20 to shareholders of record as of Sept. 6.

Penns Woods also reported a cash dividend of 32 cents per share for the second quarter of the year.

The company serves customers in Northcentral and Northeast Pennsylvania through its retail banking, commercial banking, mortgage services and financial services divisions.

Luzerne Bank operates eight branch locations throughout Luzerne County.
